In 2013 Enbio presented their new Autoclave EnbioJet. A product that sterilizes using microwaves instead of traditional autoclaves where the process is steam based.

Conventional Autoclaves temperature distribution across a liquid in a flask is extremely non-uniform. Therefore EnbioJet microwave autoclave offers a big advantage in this aspect, since it allows for contactless energy transfer directly to the liquid. This process is very fast and engages the entire volume at once.

One assignment / developed a fully functional concept model of the gear selector functionality in Zeekr 001, which could be evaluated and further developed to the component that sits in the car today.

CaE.Innovations worked together with Cliff Design to design and engineer Metrums new product PQX, that will work as an electronic power diagnostic device.

Design and engineering worked together to achieve a superior design and engineered product. CaE.Innovations performed the mechanical engineering and production drawings for the unit, and support during the production phase to get the PQX to the market.

The ORCAMP is the world’s most realistic training environment for surgical teams designed to improve health care productivity. The ORCAMP is a hands-on skills training solution in a simulated operating theatre environment including an operating table, C-arm and all control functions.

The ORCAMP integrates a wide range of different simulation technologies to create the optimal realistic training set-up without necessarily ‘trying it out’ on real patients in real operating rooms. No exposure to real radiation.

JSAE -Project:

Smart Eye demonstrated the world´s smallest driver monitoring system at the JSAE 2016 in Yokohama, Japan.

CaE.Innovations worked together with Cliff Design to create an Eye-catching show-case for the small 3x3x3 mm camera unit.

The show-case included PCB cards, Infrared-unit, and the camera lens unit, package in a milled aluminum case.

Advanced Concept Creation for Volvo S60 Concept Car.

I performed the concept engineering part of the gear shifter.  To a fully operating unit that manage the control of the automatic transmission gear box and engine start/ stop function.

The parts were milled by Cliff Modells and delivered to Volvo Cars as a “plug and play” unit to their concept car and installed as a “eye-Catcher” in the interior of the car.

CaE.Innovations also worked together with Yovinn at Volvo Cars, as a Cad Engineering concept support in exterior rear -end area, in new car project.

Engineering and design of the front unit of the checkout counter.

Front glass design with deep blasted “Kavat” logo, illuminated with LED to create an elegant and sophisticated checkout counter that connect to the design and atmosphere in the KavatSalong.

Advanced engineering concept creator and support/ engineering mentor in new sea rescue concept, based on a flying UAV Drone unit.

Mission to create a launch station / adjustable platform for the UAV unit, adjustable in height and angle, and launch / release mechanism and perform and work as a show / and eye -catcher for SSRS and their mission to save life at the sea.

I got a great opportunity to work with an iconic brand in the music industry, Elektron.

There products are designed to the highest standard, assembled by hand and tested exhaustively before being sent out worldwide. To be used by producers, artist and DJs.

Elektron empower and extraordinary sounds via there innovative thinking and push the technological boundaries.

And to be a part of Elektron:s advanced engineering staff, during this MKII-Projects has been a really fantastic challenging, there I have been working close to industry design (OP-Design AB) marketing and production requirements, to deliver a Engineering layout that fulfill the highest demands and a state of the art design.

Once again, I got the benefit to be a part of Elektron:s engineering and design staff, to develop there latest product, Model: Samplers. A brand-new product made in robust PC/ABS plastic.  There we manage to get strength and lightweight factors to work together, for a receiving a flexible product for the user. We made the UX-interaction design, in user friendly “click-feedback” back-lighted LED silicone buttons, and TPE-surface twist wheels, to give the user a good interaction user experience feeling, during the creative process of making music.

The Model:Samples are assemble together with no visible fixations units/screw, which gives the product a total clean and sophisticated expression in design and engineering.

This project has been a total joy of process, a fantastic work with the customer/Elektron and Design Company OP Design and the plastic company Iplast, together we manage to create a marvelous product for Elektron that now reach the customer all over the world. New Project:

Davinci /Hypercar

Take a look on this project that I /CaE.Innovations AB has been a part of together with The Design Forge AB. From B-pillar and rearwards has been my engineering area.

The engineering parts are a self-carrying rear carbon fiber panel, air inlet and outlets, rear bumpers and aerodynamics spoilers. And finally, the unique dynamic, fully functional rear lights that transform out from the body and extend the body panel to create extra downforce in high speed together with the rear spoiler.

It has been a great privilege for me personally and CaE.Innovations AB to support Eduard Gray / The Design Forge in this fantastic project, and to contribute with my knowledge to solve the issue we have been facing during this project. And finally, to watch the fantastic PR -film from Plint Marketing AB, and to be able to share this project with all involved, extremely talented persons, it´s a real honor.
